I processed this work unit but did not get any points, It took longer than expected as the PS3 was down when we had a power outage and I did not notice I would have thought that if it was successful then I would get some points. http://www.gpugrid.net/workunit.php?wuid=487912 Thanks |

Hi I decided to load Yellow Dog on the PS3 as it does not work from the USB stick, maybe the new PS3 software version ??. It will take me over 20 hours to download the iso file. |

New PS3 today and I updated the software to the newest version (2.5 I think). I downloaded the ps3grid_live.zip and loaded it onto a new 1 Gig USB stick. Went through the instructions at http://www.ps3grid.net/live.php But when linux loads it just sits with the kboots:_ prompt. It does not look like anything is happening and the devise does not show on my account. Please help. The instructions looked so easy just plug it in and it works ?? |
