Posted 5617 days ago by Vid Vidmar* we are working on improving the Windows speed with Nvidia. What about those pesky x86_64bit app memory leaks? I have tried just about everything. The only solution so far is to monitor memory usage and reboot before it gets filled up. BR, |

Same here. Unfortunately. Is there a way to monitor mem. usage on GFX cards - something like process explorer - as I suspect a major memory leak? BR, |

Posted 5654 days ago by Vid Vidmar* Well, i got hit hard again by these errors. About a week ago I reported them in another thread and was directed here. After reading suggestions here, I rebooted the offending machine and it started to play nicely, until today. During that period I also upgraded BOINC client to 6.3.21, which is finnaly assigning correct number of tasks to CPU and GPU cores. Next I'll try upgrading graphics drivers to see if that sorts this problem. Greetings, |

Posted 5668 days ago by Vid Vidmar* Hi! After reading about relatively low completition times here, I just had to abort my first WU, as it stuck at 57.822% (IIRC) with 24+h runtime. I must admit, that I had several system crashes during computation of said WU, however unrelated to WU itself. My second WU is at 60+% with ~7h elapsed. All are 6.48, computer is Q9450 stock speed, 2G 1600MHz DDR3 @ 1600MHz, XFX 8800GT XXX (factory overclocked 670/1950). Greetings, |
