Posted 5102 days ago by pwolfe I think Snow Crash has it right, there has been no Linux specific Fermi app released yet. I know I myself am checking the site many times a day waiting for it. I'm dying to see what my 470s can do vs my 295. I never crunched wu's on windows with my 295 so I have no basis for comparison until they release the Linux app. I think the gpugrid guys use Linux in the lab, hopefully we'll see the Linux app soon, but so far they have mentioned almost nothing about it whatsoever. I think a lot of development time has been devoted to ATI lately; I really hope that doesn't mean us Linux guys will just have to wait... |

Can't seem to pull a beta, so I'm just gonna assume everything works on my end and I just have asstastic luck with being lucky enough to get a beta unit. Tired of troubleshooting ghosts. just gonna leave this alone for the time being. |

Posted 5109 days ago by pwolfe when can we expect a decent pool of WUs to draw from? They seem to get pulled so fast that its impossible to continually crunch. or in my case, get a single WU. Don't mean to sound whiny, really am just curious. |

Posted 5110 days ago by pwolfe Would it be possible to add to the server status page a break down of what types of units are available? whether they be beta, acemd, or acemd 2? Very frustrating trying to test a new setup and not being able to see if I'm not pulling wu's because there are none available, or if there really just are no wu's available. just an idea. |
