How is this possible using GPU and CPU at 5 GHz and now after 10 hours it's only at 17.500%?
Is this correct or could there possibly be mistakes that I am making here,

Ignore the estimated time remaining. Boinc client has no clue how long the task will take to run if it has never seen one before to process and get a baseline. Boinc client needs ten samples to calculate the APR or Average Processing Rate on every new application. Only then can the estimated time remaining be somewhat correct.

And as soon as a different type of task or app arrives, throw you current APR values in the bin and start all over again.

This gives about 57 hours to reach 100%. This is normal for current P38 tasks.
You can let it run to the end 👍️
You are one of the lucky catchers of one of the currently 36 remaining tasks 🍀️
