It seems the webpage giving the certificate points is not reflecting correct time (always showing 1st Jan 1970).

Something is wrong with the time() usage:

Warning: time() expects exactly 0 parameters, 1 given in /home/boincadm/gpugrid/html/user/cert1.php on line 27

Can you confirm?

Mine also shows 1970 when I was in grade school. The points seem accurate.

For my engineering degree in the late 70's they had just came out with terminals. You could either punch or terminal. I never punched a card.

It was fortran back then.

Points are OK, but the certificate should be for a given date, always having 1970 surely not helping having something consistent.
The php function is not correctly used. That would probably take couple of minutes to fix. Except if that project has no administrator anymore.
