Hey ho :)
my status bar goes after 30 min. from 0% to 98,5%.
The other 1,5% need about 23 Hours.
I have YDL 6.1 and the ps3grid Boinc-client.

Maybe somebody can help me

That's normal behaviour for most PS3 WUs.
Some WUs are more linear but the vast majority get to 98% very quickly like you have seen.
