The server and website was inaccessible for a good portion of yesterday for me, was this another server crash?

right after the server outage last time, a few weeks ago, in one of the threads here I asked the question whether we have to get used to this.
And indeed, we just had the third sever downtime within several weeks.

Perhaps the GPUGRID people could share with us the information as to what causes these problems to occur in almost regular intervals. And even more important, whether measures are being taken to prevent such frequent crashed in the future.

since yesterday, I notice that when BOINC tries to "fetch work" from GPUGRID, it sometime says that the server cannot be reached.
Also, when navigating on the homepage, sometimes a link does not open, or opens only after a few trials.

Hopefully, this does not indicate that another server crash is forthcoming
