The NATHAN long runs typically take 20 to 40 hours on my GTX 260s, with most taking about 25 hours. Occasionally I get one that takes 40 to 50 hours.

On my GTX 260 it's looking like it's going to take about 50 hours to complete a NATHAN_FAX WU. Typically long runs would take 20 - 25 hours.

Because CUDA requires that the CPU instructs the GPU calculations.

That is, if I pause a long run task a few times a day, will this make it more likely I'll get a computation error or invalid result?

I overclocked my GTX 260 from stock (core/shader/memory = 626/1350/1053) to a decent overclock (core/shader/memory = 700/1507/1281.) Could this be the cause of numerous computation errors?
