1st unit in "Computation error" after 12 hours of calculations, it was very badly distributed ... In addition, the return of the unit in error does not work ... 2nd unit no error after 23 hours of calculations, but impossible to return the result ... Removed gpugrid for me. |

Parabricks software, whose team joined NVIDIA in December 2019, is able to reduce the time required to call variants on human whole genome sequences (WGS), reducing it from a few days to less than one time, using only one server. Given the unprecedented spread of the pandemic, achieving results in hours rather than days can have a very significant impact on the understanding of the virus, its evolution and, therefore, on vaccine development. NVIDIA is also mobilizing its ecosystem of partners in this urgent effort to help the research community. Discussions are currently underway with cloud service providers and centers with supercomputers in order to provide additional computing resources and offer free access to Parabricks solutions on their platforms. |

I now have a geforce 1070, the last 2 units have been loaded and have been calculated all day, more than 14 hours ... whereas until now they have been calculated in 8 hours. I extinguished my pc at night, in the morning the unit resumes the calculation to zero ... J'ai maintenant une geforce 1070, les 2 dernières unités ont étés chargés et ont étés calculés toutes la journée, plus de 14 heures... alors que jusqu'a maintenant elles étés calculés en 8 heures. J'éteints mon pc le soir, le matin l'unité reprend le calcul à zero... |
