1) And can be seen with mine, some uploaded JPEG avatars do not display correctly.
3) External images used as signatures will not display
3) Unable to create profile place, because Captcha validation is required to save changes, and the Captcha client on the server is out of date.

Followup:

Looking at source down at bottom of "edit profile" one finds the following:

https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/challenge?k=6Ldp1goAAAAAAEOjGSTxA3mHtKKFiByZE2f2TYy1

Thea above is version 1 captcha which, as pointed out by jimbo, is TOTALLY OBSOLETE AS OF MARCH 2018
https://www.programmableweb.com/news/google-recaptcha-v1-api-shutting-down-march-2018/brief/2017/10/24

This makes it difficult to edit profile which contravenes the recently passed EU laws concerning use of personal data and the right of users to remove it.

I am hoping that you can upgrade to V2 or V3 captchas before someone complains to the EU and gets your site shut down as they cannot removed their personal information. BTW, google says it is free to use their captcha.
