After 24hrs boinc tells me that my task is at almost 4%, while the result is due 4 days after it was send. Does this mean I can't help with my 8400GS?

I know my graphic card is slow (it's for my server not for gaming), but if the card is too slow, maybe it's a good idea to not put a link to the nvidia cuda website and say they are all compatible, but to state the which graphic cards are fast enough.

It is compatible, but slow. In a forum I have specified that cards with 100 stream processors are needed. Once, we have more messages in this forum, we will do a FAQ with these kind of indications. The problem is that the deadline is too short. Is there a reason that the deadline can't be set to at least a week or something?
