As per title.

I seem to be completing a lot of units but then get the above when they are sent.

Is this a hardware issue at my end or faulty work units?

Addendum: gpu's are 460's.

What is the cause of "missing output file"?
...

There is no output file because there is no result - commonly because the WU was terminated unusually instead of successfully writing result files.

...Is this a hardware issue at my end or faulty work units?...

This BOINC message tells us only that there was an error.
