Because of my limited bandwidth, i would like to know the size of wus for fermi cards on windows and linux 64 bit. (i reach easyly the 120 wu/day quota on xubuntu system then often switch to seven to complete some more wus)

I know the size is not always the same regarding the type of wu, so an idea about average size for both OS will be good for me to know about. Thank you by advance for replies, and again sorry for my approximative english.

I can't comment on the size of the Linux GIANNI_TESTDHFR6 tasks that you're running under Linux - at seven minutes a throw, I sincerely hope they're not sending you a full-size dataset!

But under Windows, like you I seem to be receiving (almost) exclusively TONI_HERGunb1 tasks for Fermi. The couple I've checked seem to be 15.7 MB downloads, slightly less (but still 15 MB) upload when finished.

The last couple beta releases have new network bandwidth controls that may also help you control your situation. I have been running 6.10.56 for several days now and have had no issues (TO THIS POINT)...

They seem to have corrected the issues where one or more of the GPUs would suddenly go idle and a memory leak introduced I don't know when ... the effort is to make sure this version is stable so that it can become the new recommended. I have not seen any posts on the Alpha list (as of yesterday, well this morning, I just checked) about issues ...
